Kinship Host is the hosted control plane for an open-source agent fleet. It runs the cross-channel chain — RSVP → no-show → recap → sponsor report — under a human seat: per-action autonomy, a recorded verdict for every message, and an audit trail you can replay. Nothing reaches your members without your decision, on the record.

Replayable audit
The log is the state. Replay it and it reproduces what happened — every proposal, verdict, and refusal, with who and why.
Member protections
Quiet hours in the member’s timezone, a per-member message cap, one stop that beats any grant, and a canonical disclosure line on member-facing messages.
What it does not do yet
Version 0 does not send anything. Approved messages come back to you as a hand-off — exact text, exact audience — because delivery is the part that touches a person, and that is the part a host has to own deliberately. The control plane is open source and self-hostable today; the hosted surface is the persistence, the channel connection, and the human seat.
Open source underneath
The rules, the runtime, the pack, and the tests live in the open. Hosted and self-hosted run the same code, so a refusal cannot be a marketing convenience.
